Oferta dotycząca każdego modelu domu przewiduje zmiany podziału pomieszczeń. Zmiana pozycji przeszkleń też jest możliwa. Dodatkowo koszt ściany z izolacją i przeszklenia jest porównywalny więc można dodać lub odjąć okno. Podczas konsultacji z architektem ustalane jest też rozmieszczenie wyprowadzeń instalacji.

Budowa domu 70m2 trwa zazwyczaj 14 dni. Po tym czasie dom jest ustawiany na placu przed halą produkcyjną. Wtedy klient zapraszany jest na odbiór techniczny. Na tym etapie dom jest już całkowicie skończony w przypadku elewacji drewnianej. Przy elewacji tynkowanej dom jest z nałożoną warstwą siatki z klejem a nasza ekipa tynkuje budynek dopiero po montażu u klienta.

Construction of a 70m2 house usually takes 14 days. After this time, the house is placed on the square in front of the production hall. Then the customer is invited to a technical inspection. At this stage, the house is completely finished in the case of the wooden facade. When the façade is plastered, the house is covered with a layer of mesh and glue, and our team plasters the building only after assembly at the customer's site.

Der Bau eines 70 m² großen Hauses dauert normalerweise 14 Tage. Nach dieser Zeit wird das Haus auf den Platz vor der Produktionshalle gestellt. Anschließend wird der Kunde zu einer technischen Besichtigung eingeladen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist das Haus im Hinblick auf die Holzfassade vollständig fertiggestellt. Beim Verputzen der Fassade wird das Haus mit einer Netz- und Leimschicht abgedeckt und unser Team verputzt das Gebäude erst nach der Montage beim Kunden vor Ort.

Po odbiorze końcowym w zakładzie produkcyjnym i płatności końcowej dom transportowany jest do klienta samochodami ciężarowymi z HDS.

Dom przyjeżdża podzielony na moduły 6m x 3m. Na miejscu ustawiane są one na fundamentach i rozpoczynany jest etap montażu. Dla elewacji tynkowanej standardowo trwa to 2-3 dni. Przy elewacji drewnianej jest to 1 dzień. Jeżeli klient planuje w przyszłości przestawianie domu, moduły są skręcane. W innym przypadku stalowe ramy spawamy punktowo. Od czasu zakończenia prac klient ma ochronę gwarancyjną 5 lat na naprawę usterek.

Nach der Endabnahme im Produktionswerk und der Restzahlung wird das Haus mit HDS-Lkw zum Kunden transportiert.

Das Haus ist in 6 x 3 m große Module unterteilt. Vor Ort werden sie auf Fundamente gestellt und die Montage beginnt. Bei einer verputzten Fassade dauert es in der Regel 2-3 Tage. Bei einer Holzfassade dauert es 1 Tag. Wenn der Kunde in Zukunft einen Umzug plant, werden die Module miteinander verschraubt. Ansonsten schweißen wir die Stahlrahmen punktuell. Ab Abschluss der Arbeiten hat der Kunde 5 Jahre Gewährleistung auf die Mängelbeseitigung.
